Sir Jeffrey Donaldson wants his bail conditions altered so he can live with his wife Eleanor, who is accused of aiding and abetting his alleged sex crimes.
The former DUP leader will make the application when he appears at Newry Magistrates Court on Wednesday on charges of historic rape, gross indecency and nine counts of indecent assault.
