Actor and hurling coach plays loyalist vying for control of estate in new series of Blue Lights

Blue Lights star Seamus O’Hara has told how it was important to him to portray his character with compassion and tell a story “often told and not told with kindness”.

The Cushendun actor, who appeared in the Oscar-winning An Irish Goodbye, plays a young loyalist vying to take over his community in the new series of the Belfast-set BBC One police drama.
