A career criminal whose mother was shot in the head in a bungled UDA murder bid meant for him has avoided jail for possessing the drugs that killed his girlfriend.
Russell Cummins was sentenced to 60 hours of community service and a year of probation for having cocaine, etizolam and cannabis.
